A phone and a window are enough. Clear photos help people see the work the way it really looks. Do this: 1. Use daylight from a window. No flash. No strong sun. 2. Lay the artwork flat on a plain table or floor. For a sculpture, put it against a plain wall. 3. Hold the phone straight above the piece, not tilted. 4. Fill most of the screen with the art. Tap to focus. Take two or three shots and pick the sharpest one. 5. Crop extra background. Don’t add filters. Watch for • Glare on shiny paint or plastic — tilt the piece a little • Yellow or blue colour — turn other lights off • Blur — hold still for a second • Faces, last names, or school names — crop them out That’s it. Upload the photo when you submit. If it’s not quite right, you can send another one later. We’d love to see the work.
